The Historical Society’s 2013 Annual Meeting will be held on May 26, 2013 at the SDB Center (3120 Kennedy Road) in Janesville, WI at 2:00pm. The Society’s annual meeting is the time each year where the its work is reviewed and direction is set for the coming year. Members of the Society are entitled to speak on all matters which may come before the Society during the meeting. For those members who are not able to be present, proxy forms will be sent prior to the meeting, along with information about the expected business to be taken up (which will include adoption of a budget and the Society’s 2012 Annual Report to the General Conference), and a ballot for the election a director, the officers, and a nominating committee for the following year.
If you are not currently a member of the Historical Society but wish to participate in the annual meeting, you can join the Society, though voting is restricted to those who are members of a member church of the General Conference.
